This policy explains what data EnkO Development handles when you use the store.

1. Data we process

• Your FiveM/game account identifier, used to deliver and license purchases.
• Order and payment details, processed securely by Tebex.
• Your IP address is sent to Tebex when a basket is created, so the correct tax (VAT) can be calculated and to help prevent fraud.
• Anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (page views, country, device) via Vercel Web Analytics — we cannot identify you from this.

2. Payments

Payments are handled by Tebex, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details. See Tebex’s own privacy policy for how they process payment data.

3. How we use data

We use your data only to deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, language preference and login session. Our analytics (Vercel) is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
