Terms of Service

By purchasing from or using EnkO Development, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. License

Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on servers you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, leak or publicly share the source code or assets in whole or in part.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not remove or alter licensing, attribution or protection systems.
• Do not use the products for illegal purposes.
• One license covers one server/community unless stated otherwise.

3. Support & updates

Support and updates are provided through our Discord. We aim to keep scripts compatible with current ESX/QBCore versions but cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom modification.

4. Liability

Products are provided “as is”. EnkO Development is not liable for any damages, data loss or downtime arising from the use or misuse of our products.

5. Termination

Violating these terms (including leaking or chargebacks) terminates your license immediately without refund and may result in a community ban.
